Terms of use (structure)

  2. What you are buying. One-off access to an educational and business-preparation platform at the package you purchase. It is not immigration, legal or financial advice. There is no guarantee of endorsement, visa approval or settlement.
  3. Access. Access is linked to your purchase email and unlocked in your browser. Your work is stored in your browser, so keep backups.

  5. Accuracy. Official information is summarised from GOV.UK at the date shown, and can change. Always check GOV.UK.
  6. Your content. You own what you write. We don’t claim rights over your business plan or data.
  7. Acceptable use. Don’t share access, resell materials, or use the tools to fabricate evidence.

Privacy notice (structure)

  2. What we collect. Your purchase email and payment status, via Stripe. We never see your card details. The workspace content you type stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers in this version.
  3. Visitor statistics. We count page views, checkout clicks and sign-ins to understand how the site is used. This uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses: daily visitor counts rely on a one-way code that changes every day and can’t identify you. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, you aren’t counted.
  4. What we never ask for. Passport numbers, UKVI login details, passwords, bank passwords or other sensitive immigration credentials. Please don’t enter them anywhere in the platform.
  5. Lawful basis. Contract, for providing access. [Others as applicable.]
  6. Processors. Stripe (payments); Vercel (hosting); Upstash (visitor statistics); [email provider, if access restore emails are enabled].
  7. Retention. [Purchase records, for as long as required for accounting.]
